What I Wore In Sint. Maarten

My vacation has come to an end so now it’s time to recap my looks from the trip. Looking back on it I was so close to purchasing a whole new wardrobe for this trip. But I was able to shop my closet of items I’ve never worn before instead of spending money I don't have to. Before heading on vacation I did plan out my looks for each date and event. Which really helped me along they way when it came to packing. Let’s get into these looks!
Thursday

Travel Couture

My airport look was very simple! I wanted to be comfortable for my 10 hour travel day. T-shirt and biker shorts became the look for the day. I paired with my pink swim cover from Asos to keep me warm. Ofcourse I rocked my crocs with socks which were easy to slip on and off at TSA.

Dinner

Y'all when I purchased  this I never got a chance to wear it out. This vacation was perfect. I received so many compliments that gave me an extra boost to what I was already feeling.

Friday

Breakfast

When packing I made sure that I packed a dress or outfit that I could wear around and lounge in. I put on this cute cami dress for breakfast which was perfect.

Poolside

I was so excited to pull out this bikini because this top is from 2019 and I recently purchased the bottom.  When getting dressed one of the straps popped so I had to improvise. I  mean I could’ve gone strapless but my girls were like umm no!  I paired this swimsuit with a white kimono coverup from ASOS.

All White Meet and Greet

Honey, choosing the perfect white look wasn’t easy! I tried so many looks and dresses but I stumbled upon the perfect dress from Boohoo. It wasn’t too heavy  or revealing.

Saturday

Poolside

I finally was able to wear my pink pool coverup!  Before my trip I went to Marshalls and saw an ad with this similar look. When I saw it I said to myself okay I’m on to something here. Also I couldn;t wait to wear this orange swimsuit from Old Navy again.

Wedding Look

With this look I was able to  shop in my closet because the yellow dress I wanted sold out after purchasing it. This dress was my birthday look back in March and I’m glad I was able to wear it again for the wedding. When choosing my accessories I was going for beach glam. Pearls and rattan accessories.

Sunday

Poolside and Beach

I needed to find one more swimsuit for the trip and ASOS was the move. There were so many to choose from. One color I’ve never tried was a shade of green. I’ve grown to love this shade of green.

Last dinner

Ya’ll when I say I live for this orange dress! When I purchased it back in 2020 I was so happy with the material and fit.  It says sexy tangereine ! If you're following me on IG you know about my hunt for this hat.

After all the planning and packing I can say my looks came out perfectly. This was a big lesson for me when packing for international trips because honey you can’t bring everything. Having a plan is so important when packing your outfits for a trip. If you want more on my trip stay tuned for my photo diary HERE.
