Weekly Recap

 

"You can't say we didn't live life."  If you watched my reel about my week then you know where that saying came from. This past week was a great one, from attending a fun dinner to a staycation with my best friend. 

Thursday:I attended a dinner hosted by local blogger and Model Venita Aspen and Owner of Social Studies Jessica Lantham. The event was also in partner with Rent The Runway. Return To Glam was the theme of the party. We all dressed up in our most glam pieces thanks to Rent The Runway and enjoyed cocktails and conversations. 

Friday

It was time for a staycation with my bestfriend!  Before picking her up, I stopped by Swank Desserts to get us a few treats for the weekend. Then I picked her up and we headed to our destination, Wild Dunes Resort on the Isle of Palms.   This would be my second stay here but this time it would be a weekend stay. A weekend full of laughs, relaxation and did I say laughs! Our motto of the weekend was "Why Not, We're On Vacation."   If you plan on staying at this resort I do suggest bringing snacks! Most of the restaurants close early and we had to leave the resort twice for dinner. Other than that we had a great time bonding and catching up on girl talk!
