As I promised I wanted to share details on my look for the wedding. I can be really indecisive when it comes to making big decisions especially for the big day. I couldn't decide if I wanted to wear my natural hair or wig. I couldn't decide if I wanted a bold lip or natural lip. This was definitely a hard descion but once I made the decision I feel like I made a good one.
The first picture is the inspiration behind my hairstyle. I knew I wanted this look but the hard part was finding the perfect hairstylist the complete this look. After put out a message on Facebook I found the hairstylist I felt I could trust. I thought I was going to purchase $200 worth of clip ins but I forgot that I purchased clip-ins during quarantine just in case. I'm glad I did because it saved me $200! Thanks to Davids Bridal for gifting me my accessories for the big day. You can read all about that fund Collab HERE!
As for my makeup I was stuck between wanting a subtle and natural look , or a bold and daring look. I saw my makeup artist post a few looks from previous clients and I made a decision to go bold. A bold lip and dramatic eyes for the big day. I wanted to feel romantic, sexy and have Timothy fall involve all over again.
As for my accessories, I found my earrings on SheIn for no more than $5. I also found the girls earrings on there as well. I was having a hard time finding the perfect statement earrings for my look but SheIn came through just in time. It wasn't hard picking my veil because I already knew I wanted a cathedral veil, long, flow and dramatic. Before COVID I was going to add some jewels to it but things didn't work out like they were supposed to.
