How I #FoundTheOne At David's Bridal

Ya'll it's official,  I said YES to the dress, for real this time. Back in May, I thought I found the one but I changed my mind. I felt like I was rushing and I didn't give myself enough time to look for what I really wanted.  I also changed the theme and colors for my wedding which caused me to change the style of the dress that I was looking for. This time around, I'm happy to announce that I'm partnering with David's Bridal for my Wedding Dress Journey! If you missed my Wedding Dress Shopping Experience Take Over, you can check it out HERE.

I'll be honest I was a bit nervous before I arrived because I wasn't sure if the dresses would be available to try on. That is a situation that I know to well but not this time around. I had my mind set one particular dress but I wanted to make sure that I gave myself options. The best feeling was learning that EVERY dress that I wanted to try on was available in the store.

#1 Illusion Sleeve Plunging Dress
This first dress that I tried on, I had been eyeing since I got engaged. I loved the details on the dress and fit perfectly. My only concern was that I was going to be dancing all night and I will want my arms to be free.  When I walked out of the dressing room my mom's eyes lit up and I think it almost brought a tear to her eyes.

#2 Floral Plus Size Wedding Dress With Swag Sleeves
You guys couldn't get over how beautiful this dress was. The lace and shimmer was everything. I can't forget to mention that this is dress is off the shoulders and you can also remove the sleeves as well. I mean it's like two dresses in one, it also has this sexy split. It felt so sexy and elegant at the same time. I paired it with a catheral veil because I

When I first got engaged, I had my heart set out on a fitted dress. The mermaid fit was what I was going for. So when I was picking out dresses to try on, I wanted to make sure that I gave every fit a go. This was another favorite because of how it fit my curves. I can't forget to mention the tulle and details.

If you're plus size bride I want to say, don't count David's Bridal out. They're so many options for you to choose from in the store. You also don't have to worry about payin extra because of your size either. If you didn't know, they have a wide selection of dresses that run 0 to 30 W.   I can't forget to mention how great the customer service was.  My stylist was so amazing, it was like I was shopping with my best friend. She was in the fitting room helping try on every dresss and I felt very comfortable with her.  With 270 days until the big day, I can't wait to share what dress I did choose.   Stay tuned for more to come!
