My Trip To Atlanta

If you've been following my stories over the weekend you saw that I headed to Atlanta. I went with  Renee, she's the owner of the local boutique Subtle and Sass.  We've been working together for about six months now and I was honored that she wanted to bring me along to Atlanta. I decided to go with her to help give her some insight on some plus size pieces for her store. I also got insight into what it takes to run a boutique. I've seen so many people post about the American Mart but it was so much fun to go for myself.  One of my favorite parts of the trip was seeing what's trending for Spring and Summer 2020. There was a mini fashion show that happened Friday, we sipped mules and watched the show.  I also shopped for a few things myself with the help of Renee I received so many great deals.

Friday and Saturday we shopped just about all day. I absolutely admire Renee because she worked her but off for the last two days searching and adding new things to her store in prepartion for Fall and Winter.  She knows what her customers want and she shops with them in mind. That's one of the many reasons why I love working with Renee and Subtle and Sass.

Where We Stayed

We stayed at the Ellis Hotel Tribute Portfolio and it was so nice.  I loved that the hotel was walking distance from where we needed to be. The staff was so nice and can we talk about how comfortable the bed was. I can't forget to mention the view was everything.  Just check out my photos and you'll see what I'm talking about.

On Friday night we ate at Hard Rock Cafe but I forgot to take pictures for my blog post. But the food was okay, my drink was pretty good though. After dinner, we went to CVS to get tums and Haagen- Dazs Ice Cream. I love getting that ice cream when I'm traveling, it's like a travel delicacy .

If you're looking to start a boutique, I will say like anything else its hard work. Do your research and visit the Atlanta Apparel Mart at least once to get the experience for yourself.  I can't wait to share all the items I purchased in an upcoming video. Stay tuned!

Also, Check out Subtle and Sass Here!

Until  Next Time,
